Zeke is around 2 years old and just the sweetest little guy. He did come to us underweight and we are feeding him three times a day to get him to his ideal weight. He has played with an energetic female here at the shelter and done great! A dog test will be required with any current pups in the home. He is a goofy boy and will have you smiling all day! He does need a home with no cats as they are not his favorite. He is and energetic pup and would do best in a family that is active to help him get his energy out in the appropriate manor. He and his adopters would benefit from getting him some training. He is still very puppy like and most likely didn't have the training and the structure he needed with his previous owner. We feel he would do well in a home with kids with the understanding he may accidentally knock over the littles when he gets excited. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.Interested in adopting? For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zeke was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zeke’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Zeke’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zeke’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
