About this Dog
Flynn came to us in 2024 as a little pup who barely made it out the shelter with his siblings. We were so happy he was adopted, but just a few months later…he was surrendered to a kill shelter unbeknownst to us. Luckily, the shelter had the heart to contact us to let us know he was surrendered. They also informed us he was the next to be euthanized. Flynn either has a lot of good luck or a lot of bad luck. He’s barely missed being killed in the shelter TWICE! Flynn doesn’t deserve the hand he was dealt. He’s a great dog with a lot of loyalty and love to offer his person. What we learned since he’s been returned is, he would probably do best as an only dog. He loves playing with them…but he doesn’t like sharing his possessions. He would need a very knowledgeable owner if you plan to adopt with another dog. He loves to run , play, and lounge on the couch next to you. His foster describes him as a very good dog. Flynn is still a baby at only a year old, so there is always room for improvement and training. He’s smart and has the drive to want to learn. He picked up on the doggy door less than 2 hours of being introduced to one. He does love children and grew up around them. We have never tested him with cats. Adopt Flynn and Receive Flynn's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Flynn's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Flynn's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Flynn, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Flynn's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Flynn was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Flynn’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Flynn’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Flynn’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
