About this Dog
Hi! I'm Stephen! People say I'm probably a chihuahua/heeler mix, but I don't know what that means. I'm having a good time at my foster home with my brother and sisters. I was taken to a shelter when I was 6 weeks old and they got me to K Kids. Since then I've been playing with lots of dogs and people. I like to cuddle, play, and take long naps. Of my brother and sisters, I am the roughest and toughest and LOVE to paly with the big basset mix foster who is here. I can hold my own with her even though she's big and strong compared to me!!! I'd really like a doggie brother or sister to play with! They think I'll be about 20-25 pounds when I grow up. I'll probably need a decent amount of exercise and training, and I will likely bark a decent amount given my heritage. I'm being fostered in Charlottesville, VA, and my adoption fee is $400. My foster mom said to tell you that covers my vetting including my noo-ter, whatever that means.

Adopt Stephen and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Stephen's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Stephen's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Stephen, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Stephen's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stephen was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stephen’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Stephen’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Stephen’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
