About this Cat
Minnie's Personality Meet Minnie Mouse, the cat who's anything but mousy! Once upon a time in a cozy foster home, a little black and white cat curled up on a furry blanket dreaming of her furever family. She gets her name from her dainty features, adorable white gloves, and wide alert eyes, but don’t let that name fool you! She may share a name with a famous mouse, but this Minnie is all cat: clever, curious, and completely charming. Minnie is more than cute—she’s sweet, calm, and just a little bit magical. With her perfectly painted tuxedo coat and bright, curious eyes, Minnie looks like she’s always dressed for a fancy party—but this gentle girl is all about comfort, cuddles, and quiet companionship. Minnie is a young kitty with an old soul. She has a soft spot for humans who move slowly and speak gently so she can engage in conversations with her squeaky little meows. She's been learning that love can be gentle and safe, and has a soft purr that turns on the moment she curls up with you while you read or watch TV. Minnie likes to chase and find fuzzy toy mice sometimes pretending she might pounce… but only if she feels like it! She entertains you while batting around balls and springs “cat-and-mouse style,” before curling up for a nap. She is ready to leave her foster mousehole behind to find a cozy castle of her own. So if you’re looking for a low-key queen of the "cat-and-mouse game"—more cuddle than chaos—Minnie Mouse might just be your perfect fairy tale ending! What Type of Home Minnie Needs This sweet, gentle girl needs a quiet home with a cat-savvy human companion who will help her ease into a new home with new people. She may take a little shy at first while adapting to a new environment, but as soon as she knows she's in a gentle and loving environment, Minnie will be your loyal companion. An older, gentle child might be ok, but no young children or dogs in her forever home. We don't know how she would do with another cat, but a brief exposure to another gentle foster cat in her foster home showed that she was mostly curious and seemed to want to play. Where Minnie Came From Minnie was found outdoors being fed by a kind person who knew she was too sweet to be living on the streets fending for herself. Now safely indoors, Minnie is ready to enjoy the next phase of her life.
Contribute to Minnie's Stash!

100% of Minnie's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Minnie.
Adopt Minnie and Receive Minnie's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Minnie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Minnie's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Minnie, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Minnie's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Minnie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Minnie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Minnie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Minnie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
