About this Dog
AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT! IN VERMONT Meet Marla! https://youtu.be/Zkl7Pq6XLgU Marla is 4 years old, female (approx. DOB 12-5-19), 49 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and microchipped. Marla has been a mama; we LOVE our mama dogs! In my current home (2 small dogs, 2 adults, rural, little alone time): • I am good with dogs my size and up. • No cats please; I like to chase them – it's fun! • I love all people; I don’t know my size and get very excited; I could accidentally knock smaller children over. • I have medium+ energy. • I am socially outgoing with my humans but I could easily with fast movements etc; I am still learning the new world. I am social with men and women. • I would do best in a home with a dog my size or larger, with proper introductions, that is okay with another higher-energy dog that likes to rough house once we get to know each other. I am confident and love to play! • I am crate trained (I tolerate it because I have to) and am potty trained; I’ll ring the bell to let you know I want to go out! • I have not been a chewer and haven’t been possessive of my food or toys. • I am currently not left alone a lot and haven’t displayed any separation anxiety. • I am a quieter girl. • I pull a little on the leash but it’s manageable; I am still learning! • I sleep in my crate at night right now because there are small dogs in the home. • I know Sit, Kennel, No, and ring my bell to go out. • I am a really sweet dog that LOVES affection and approval! I love to cuddle and once I trust my new home I will let you hold me like a baby. I am going to make a phenomenal baby for someone! • I would be okay in a rural or city home, but I do appreciate the quietness as I sometimes get scared by outside noises. • My ideal home would be with someone patient, someone without or with dogs my size or bigger for me to play with, and/or someone who will take me on long walks or runs. • I enjoy long walks and playtime with my stuffy! I like to play keep-away and when my human is done playing with me I’ll "hit the ceiling with my stuffy" game to amuse myself. I love my soft food (my humans aren’t sure why my teeth are ground down/nonexistent). • I am very receptive to the word "No" and really love to make people happy! I am a great dog and very loving towards people! Adopt Marla and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Marla's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Marla's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Marla, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Marla's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Marla was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Marla’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Marla’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Marla’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
