About this Dog
Someone call Jim Henson, because Miss Piggy is a character! This 10-month-old, 17-pound dachshund mix is a fun and funny girl who makes her people so happy. She loves to chase insects and squirrels in the backyard, is partial to frolicking in the grass and will never pass on a belly rub. After a day of play and adventure, she'll snuggle up to you and lovingly look at you with her permanent puppy dog eyes. Miss Piggy is crate trained and very nearly house trained - she's also working on her leash manners and learning not to jump up on people. She responds well to corrections and is eager to please, so perfecting her training shouldn't be too difficult. Piggy gets along well with other dogs and cats, and would do well with older children, at least until she stops jumping. She's a fairly active girl who will require regular walks, and she'd love a doggy playmate in her future home. If Miss Piggy sounds like the sweet and silly girl you've been looking for, please complete an application at http://caws.org/adoption-application. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-application

Adopt Miss Piggy and Receive Miss Piggy's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Miss Piggy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Miss Piggy's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Miss Piggy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Miss Piggy's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Miss Piggy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Miss Piggy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Miss Piggy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Miss Piggy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
