About this Cat
Moon is a chill cat, she does get anxiety at times which is common for this breed. She will play, but is not easily entertained. I don't know how the previous owner treated her, but i suspect not very well. She was feral from what the owner told me when she originally got her. I've had her a little over 3yrs now, but she is around 7yrs old now. Her birthday is said to be in april. Currently she has her own room with food/water, cat tree, and litter box. She is in there half the time. I have a timeframe when she can come out because she might pee on the couch. I have waterproof covers in case it does happen. Generally between 10am and 10pm she is out of her room. Mostly she sleeps during the day, but when she is awake shes sunbathing or hanging out with the in-laws since they are mostly home. You can hold her but not over the shoulder (she might bite). She is a beautiful cat, but not without her short comings. My wife is not too fond of her but i personally love her. Its getting difficult taking care of her because to be honest our marriage isn't going well and the cat when she does pee causes issues in the household between us. It really breaks my heart to even write this but overall i still think she is a good cat.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Moon was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Moon’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Moon’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Moon’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
