Coco Chanel Est. DOB 6/2024 Adoption fee: $225 Coco came to LapCats at 2 weeks old along with her siblings. She is the sweetest, most gentle little girl with fur like a bunny. I have seriously never felt fur like hers. It’s very exotic and soft, but she does not shed. Coco needs to be adopted into a home with another cat. She has never been alone, and when she is isolated from others, she will cry. She has been around a dog in her foster home and will probably adapt to a gentle dog who would not torment her. She will take some time to acclimate to a new environment, but once she’s comfortable, she loves to be snuggled and held. She needs a patient adopter who won’t push a timeline on her to adapt. The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org. All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are fully vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped. We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag!

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Coco Chanel's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Coco Chanel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Coco Chanel’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
