About this Rabbit
Brandy (A139132) is an 8-year-old lop who weighed almost 6 lbs at intake!07/26/25 These sweet ol' gals are Princess and Brandy! These two arrived at the shelter due to no fault of their own. Although Princess and Brandy arrived at the shelter from the same home, they are not friends. They are looking for different homes, or at least different enclosures. Each of these ladies were previously bonded with a male rabbit. Unfortunately, both of their buddies passed away recently from unrelated issues. Their previous owners attempted to slowly bond Princess and Brandy, but the girls were not having it. That being said, they may still bond to a different bunny that they haven't spent their lives glaring at from afar. Here is what their previous owner had to say about Brandy:Brandy has been living with a dog, older children, and adults. She can be shy at first, loves to be groomed and petted, but also needs her own space. Independent yet cuddly, she has a strong personality and is very affectionate. She enjoys to be held, but also likes to roam freely and jump up onto the couch to lie down next to you. She appreciates her personal space in her hutch. She can be skittish if someone insists on picking her up when she's not in the mood, so it's best to let her come to you. She's easily tamed. She enjoys toys, food, zoomies and hoping around. She is such a sweet big girl. Brandy will thrive in a home with an owner who cares for her, gives her love, but also respects her boundaries. She may sometimes growl if she's not in the mood, but she communicates well and seeks love when she's ready to receive cuddles. Brandy is housebroken, litter trained, well behaved and also enjoys being in her hutch when the house is not available to roam freely. She also loves watching TV with people! Make sure you are familiar with the needs of rabbits, as they are very particular and sensitive pets. She receives pellets once a day and needs unlimited access to hay and water. Adopt BRANDY and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, BRANDY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is BRANDY's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the BRANDY, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming BRANDY's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and BRANDY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, BRANDY’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the BRANDY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, BRANDY’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
