Stripe came to Colony Cats from a feral colony along with his 3 siblings at about 6 weeks old. He hadn't had any human interaction up till that point and was understandably pretty scared for the first few days in foster care. Now that he's had a few weeks to adjust, he is just the sweetest little guy!! He is such a fun mix of playful and cuddly, and his long luxurious fur is incredibly soft to the touch. He is definitely still all kitten and loves to explore and play with anything he finds, and then will come take a nap in your lap. Stripe is still a bit reserved in new situations and with new people, but he should adapt very quickly in his new home. He was raised with great danes and fellow resident cats in the foster home, and would do best in a home with another animal companion (including one of his siblings). Due to his start in life, he may be a bit nervous with small children as they can be unpredictable, but he would do just fine in a home with older children. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Stripe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Stripe’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
