Meet Jasper – A Quiet Charmer with a Soft Personality Jasper is a 10-year-old, striking Russian Blue mix with a sleek grey coat and sharp yellow eyes. Calm and observant, he loves lounging in sunny windows, getting brushed, and meowing softly to greet you in the morning or when you come home—just his way of saying, “Hey, I missed you!” He’s an independent gentleman who values his routine and peaceful surroundings. Jasper would do best in a quiet home with no other pets or children, where he can enjoy his space and bond at his own pace. He loves to be brushed. If you give him a daily brush session, he will fall for you quickly. And while he’s normally very well-behaved, he’s not without a little mischief. Once, he dragged one of my rugs into his litter box, as if he were redecorating. (He has opinions about interior design, apparently.) This caught me off guard, as he never knocks over items or chews on things he's not supposed to. He's extremely well behaved, 99.9% of the time. Jasper does have a sensitive stomach, so he's currently on a specific dry food diet - Hill's Science Biome - that keeps him feeling his best. He's a good eater—as long as it’s the right food! He's currently prescribed prednisone for his stomach. It's a liquid oral drug given every other day. I can give it to Jasper with no issue! When you meet him, I will show you how I give him the drug - it's very easy! If you’re looking for a low-key companion with a touch of quirky charm, Jasper just might be the cat for you. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Jasper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Jasper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Jasper’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
