About this Dog
Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application! Pet Description: Momo is an eleven year old neutered male Pomeranian mix, 18 lbs. He came to us when his owner developed severe health issues and could no longer care for him. Now 11 is not really all that old for a small dog but it is to some folks though he could have 4, 5, 8 years of wonderful life left. We were told he is housetrained, slept on a blankie on the floor next to his owner, is ok with older children but no toddlers please. he is very loving, can be very talkative when excited and MoMo is actually a very active boy who loves going for rides and for walks, is playful and has plenty of pep in his step. He is good with other dogs but would likely love being the only one so he can get all of the attention since that is what he was used to. Oh - MoMo does NOT like being vetted one bit - things like vaccinations, blood draws may require some slight sedation at your Vet so please warn your Veterinarian if you fall in love with MoMo - we aren't kidding! DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter). The first step is to our Adoption Application here: https://elmorehumane.org/adoption-application-online-form2.html .
