Otter is the sweetest most lovable cat with a gentle demeanor and goofy personality. He is endearing to everyone that meets him. Otter came down with the FIP virus that used to be incurable and the outcome was death. New medications that have come out have proven to be a cure for this virus and Otter was lucky enough to be able to receive it. His last visit with the doctor has shown no signs of the virus and his lab work is perfect. By all accounts, Otter will live a long happy life.
