About this Cat
Amelie is smart, curious, and full of playful personality. She plays hard, but will snuggle up next to you once sheâs worn out. She loves to play with toys and will carry fuzzy mice and plastic springs around in her mouth like trophies. She can be very vocal while playing and will chirp and trill at you to get your attention. Sheâs also very clever - she was fostered in a spare bathroom and went through a phase of turning off the light if she felt like she was being ignored. Iâm sure she wouldâve figured out how to turn the door knob if she had been with us a few more weeks. Amelie was over being cooped up in that bathroom and is so ready to have a home to explore! She appreciates a cardboard scratcher and has great litter box manners. She likes both wet and dry food, but tends to prefer wet. She would love to go home with her one of her siblings - Eloise (her super adorable, playful partner in crime), Jules (her calmer, affectionate brother), or Gabriel (her equally playful, but intensely snuggly brother).

Adopt AMELIE and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, AMELIE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is AMELIE's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the AMELIE, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming AMELIE's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and AMELIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, AMELIE’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."

Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the AMELIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, AMELIE’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
