Meet Freddy! Freddy came to the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center from a situation that left him very fearful of the world around him. Since going through our program, he is now blossoming into the fun-loving boy that was always waiting underneath! Freddy is a sweet, scruffy little guy who starts off shy but will soon show his playful, silly side. He has grown a lot when it comes to trusting others — he now greets new people with curiosity and warmth, though he may take some time to open up fully. He’s the kind of pup who might take a moment to say hello, but once he does, he’s all charm and affection! He loves a good neck rub and will happily settle in close when he’s feeling cozy. Freddy enjoys the company of other dogs and has a great sense of fun. He plays politely, knows when to take a break and makes a great sidekick for yard time or group walks. He has also been doing great with crate time, calm office hangs, quiet rides in the car and he walks nicely on a leash. With a mix of zoomies and naps, Freddy does well with a couple of short walks or play breaks each day. Freddy is looking for someone who understands that good things take time. With a little patience and a lot of love, this gentle guy will be your goofy, loyal little friend. Adopt Freddy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Freddy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Freddy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Freddy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Freddy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Freddy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
