Moira is a sweet and spunky 6–8-year-old Yorkie mix who weighs in at a perfect 12 pounds. When she first arrived in foster care, she was simply grateful for a cozy, quiet place to rest her little paws. But now that she’s settled in, her playful side is shining through! This lovely lady has discovered the joys of toys, playtime, and belly rubs—and she absolutely adores snuggling up with her foster family. Moira is curious and affectionate, and her gentle spirit makes her easy to love. She’s still working on mastering a full flight of stairs (maybe age, maybe just preference), but she has no trouble hopping into the car or zipping up a few steps into the house—especially when there’s adventure (or treats!) waiting for her. Moira is ready to trade in her foster digs for a forever home filled with love, comfort, and maybe a cozy blanket or two. Could it be yours?Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
