Oakley is an energetic puppy who loves to run and play. He loves the water and playing in the plastic puppy pool is his favorite thing to do. Oakley loves one on one attention and cuddling. He becomes instant friends with everyone he meets and loves other dogs. **As part of the donation, this puppy will participate in a spay/neuter program available through Anchor Paws Rescue.
