About this Dog
As sweet and beautiful as her namesake flower, Dahlia is a lovely pup who is sure to bring a smile to your face! Dahlia is an 8-month-old mixed breed pup with a shiny white coat and lovely pointy ears! She currently weighs 45 lbs., but likely still has some growing to do. It is likely she will be a large pup (>50 lbs.) when fully grown.Dahlia was rescued by our partner shelter in Texas. When she was first found, she was covered in so much oil her coat looked silver. After her rescue, Dahlia spent some time in foster homes with several other dogs of all sizes, cats, and kids! She is very playful with other dogs, a big cuddle bug with people, and gets along fine with cats. As a medium-energy pup, Dahlia loves a good mix of play time and couch cuddles. She can be a little shy at first but wants to be so brave. Now that Dahlia is ready for her forever home, perhaps you might be the one to help her come out of her shell and truly blossom?Dahlia is crate trained and is working hard on her house and leash training. She can have a high prey drive with birds, squirrels, chickens, etc., which training could help her cope better. With consistency and structure, Dahlia is sure to learn quickly. A supportive and loving family is just what Dahlia needs to become the best pup she can be!Might Dahlia be the most perfect flower you could pick? She thinks she just might be!* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Dahlia is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adopt Dahlia and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Dahlia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Dahlia's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Dahlia, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Dahlia's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dahlia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dahlia’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Dahlia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dahlia’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
