Location: Ohio Meet Cricket! This little lady is ready to hop into your heart. Cricket is approximately 1.5yrs old and weighs just 22lbs. She has a very slight build and should stay quite small her whole life. Though Cricket is over a year old, most things in a normal household seem quite new to her - she will need a patient family who is willing to meet her where she is and help her gain confidence. She looks to people for guidance and loves treats, so with time she should blossom! She can get nippy when she's excited and may chew some inappropriate items but is easily redirected. Cricket is currently in a foster home with two adult male cattle dogs. She is very curious about them but thinks they play a little too strong for her liking. She would benefit from a calm, confident dog housemate or could do fine as a solo pup as she really loves her people. She does not seem to have much prey/chase interest. A fenced yard or other plan to safely contain Cricket outdoors is strongly preferred. She does need continued exposure to walking on a leash. She is moderate energy for a young herdy dog - loves to do zoomies around the yard and have a quick training session, will settle with a frozen treat after. She is quiet in her crate and seems housebroken with routine opportunities to go outside. Cricket is fostered in Cleveland, OH. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm/flea/tick medication, and microchipped. Please contact [email protected].

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cricket's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cricket was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cricket’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
