My name is Gersende and I am a dilute tortie domestic shorthair. I am a spayed female and I am 3 months old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 06/05/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a medium energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs.My foster family said: `Gersende is a sweetheart that just cannot get enough of people! She is the first one to greet anyone that comes in the room, looking for love, pets, and possibly to play with your necklace! She has a dynamic personality, and she loves to play with her toys but she loves her humans more. She may be little, but her purrs rumble the room. Itâs hard to be lonely with this girl around!`

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and GERSENDE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, GERSENDE’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
