About this Cat
Wynonna is a 10-month-old, sweet, playful, curious, and affectionate young cat looking for her forever home!In between cuddle time and cat naps, Winnie is a playful little hunter. Whether chasing bugs around the house, playing with her favorite mouse toys, or perched on a window watching and chirping at the outdoor critters, she will play and occupy herself until she's tuckered out again. This gal is really affectionate, if you sit down, prepare for her to come cuddle on top of you - at least for a few minutes but up to a full catnap if she's really feeling snuggly! Winnie recognizes her name and a welcome hand motion to follow or come sit with you. She likes being near her human even when she's napping - whether that’s curled up nearby or just in the same room. When she's left alone, she likes to hang in her safe spaces, sunbathe, and chill.Wynonna has a moderate energy level; she sleeps most of the day but has a few hours (usually in the morning and evening) of ""gremlin"" mode where it is play, play, PLAY time! Her activities are many and varied–parkouring off furniture and the walls, hiding in and out of boxes, and leaping over obstacles to pounce on whatever toy or bug she might be hunting. She’s not noisy at all, but is definitely very active in between her naps.Wynonna currently lives with just one human in a house, with no other animals or roommates, so it’s unknown how she would react to children or feline and canine friends. She's taken to being around a human pretty quickly (within a few hours of having her in her new home, she was on her human's lap!) so probably would be good in a home with similar companionship. Someone who works from home or is around a lot would be her ideal choice!Although she uses her litterbox perfectly, she does have a propensity to kick some litter out and around the box, so might do well with something enclosed or high-walled. She's been good about using scratch boards and posts for deep scratching but sometimes during play time needs to be reminded and gently, lovingly redirected back to the post or to another toy.If you’d like to meet your new best friend, full of adventure and affection, Wynonna is the purrfect cat for you!Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Adopt Wynonna and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Wynonna's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Wynonna's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Wynonna, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Wynonna's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Wynonna was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Wynonna’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Wynonna’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Wynonna’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
