Penny is a special girl. She has been through a lot, and yet she has nothing to give but unconditional, in your face love. She is also protective of her human. Penny is looking for her 3rd home at no fault of her own. Her most recent owners are moving and not wanting her to go with them due to being too close to the road and not wanting her inside because a baby is coming. We are looking for someone that needs a best friend and is going to be able to be with her pretty much around the clock. She loves to travel and would make a great dog for a truck driver as she is very well mannered and obedient. Penny also loves to trail ride, hike, or do anything that lets her spend time with her human. She will attach herself to a person and give them zero personal space. We don't mean to scare off adopters. We just want to make sure her 3rd home is her forever home.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Penny's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Penny was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Penny’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Penny’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Penny’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
