Hi, Iâm Toby â a soft-spoken biscuit maker with a purr that could power a small town. Iâm a 4-month-old brown tabby who was found as a stray, and while the world still feels a little big and new to me, Iâm warming up day by day. I might seem shy at first, but give me a little patience, and Iâll reward you with loud, steady purrs and a whole lot of homemade biscuits.Iâm a medium-energy kitten who enjoys quiet playtime and cozy naps. Once I feel safe, I love gentle attention and will happily curl up near you to make myself at home. Iâm litterbox trained, and Iâd do great with a first-time cat parent who understands that sometimes love grows best with a little space and kindness.Iâve done well with both men and women, and staff are still learning how I feel about other animals. But one thingâs for sure: Iâm ready for a calm, loving home where I can feel safe and grow into the affectionate little companion Iâm meant to be. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, TOBY's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and TOBY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, TOBY’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the TOBY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, TOBY’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
