Goosie (affectionately known as The Muppet) is a one-of-a-kind kitten bursting with personality! This rambunctious little guy has energy for days — he loves to play, zoom around the house, and especially go after the wand toy. Once he’s all tuckered out, he transforms into a floppy, purry cuddle bug who just wants to melt into your lap. Goosie is also a very talkative and expressive kitten. He’ll happily tell you all about his day, whether it was chasing toys, exploring new corners, or splashing around in his water dish (or even the shower!). Yes, you read that right — Goosie loves water and isn’t afraid to get his paws wet. He currently lives with a cat and a rabbit, and he does great with both. He accepts their corrections but secretly wishes they’d join him in his endless games. While he can be a bit shy when meeting new humans, he warms up quickly and is soon bouncing around like the happy, goofy Muppet he is. Goosie was rescued from a storm drain just a few weeks ago at only 1.4 pounds and has blossomed into a healthy, strong boy. He’s working hard on learning that hands are for petting (not for chomping!), and he’s making great progress. If you’re looking for a kitten who’s equal parts playful, loving, and downright hilarious, Goosie is your guy. Get ready for non-stop entertainment and endless snuggles — Goosie can’t wait to meet you! Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Goosie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Goosie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Goosie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
