PetSmart’s National Adoption Weekend is happening from July 25-27, and Forgotten Cats is thrilled to showcase an incredible array of adorable male and female adult cats and kittens waiting to find their forever homes at participating PetSmart locations. All ten of our adoption centers will be open as usual, but the following centers will be hosting additional foster and clinic/shelter cats during certain days and times. Please come by for a visit and a snuggle or two: Brandywine, DE PetSmart: Friday 6-8:30, Saturday 10-8:30, Sunday 10-4. Brookhaven, PA PetSmart: Friday 6-9, Saturday 10-9, Sunday 10-7. Christiana, DE PetSmart: Saturday 9-9, Sunday 10-3. Jenkintown, PA PetSmart: Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4. Levittown, PA PetSmart: Saturday 10-5. Middletown, DE PetSmart: Friday 9-8, Saturday 9-8, Sunday 10-6. Millsboro, DE PetSmart: Friday 10-8, Saturday 10-8, Sunday 10-7. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, PetSmart National Adoption Weekend July 25-27's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and PetSmart National Adoption Weekend July 25-27 was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, PetSmart National Adoption Weekend July 25-27’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, PetSmart National Adoption Weekend July 25-27’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
