Likely a yellow lab mix, he’s the kind of dog who turns strangers into friends and makes any house feel like home. After losing his beloved owner, Kevin is ready to find his forever family—one that wants a loyal companion to share everyday life with.Kevin’s top priority? Being with his people. Whatever you're doing around the house, he’ll find a cozy spot nearby to curl up and keep you company. He’s an affectionate guy who loves cuddles.While Kevin isn’t a high-energy pup, he enjoys bursts of play throughout the day, and he LOVES his walks. He takes his sniffing duties very seriously and likes to take his time exploring the world with his nose. He’s not particularly food motivated (so he won’t beg at the table), but he is motivated by love and connection.He gets along well with kids, cats, and some other dogs. His ideal home would be one where he can be part of the family routine, soak up all the affection, and go for regular walks where he can smell every blade of grass. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Kevin's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kevin was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kevin’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
