Medina is a gentle, resilient mama who has blossomed beautifully with time and care. This gorgeous tortie kitty is a wonderful mamma! She is such a special cat that needs her space and boudaries, but once she is ready (it doesn't have to take long!) she will come up to you for pets and LOVES to sink into your hand for pets! Medina can't wait to find her forever home and soak up all the love and attention she deserves!When Medina first arrived in her foster home she was understandably shy and cautious—but never once lashed out. Even in her most nervous moments, Medina expressed herself only with quiet hisses, never swipes, showing just how sweet and kind her spirit truly is. Now, after weeks of love and patience, Medina has opened up into an affectionate, loving cat who adores attention. She melts for gentle pets and will happily lean into a brushing session. And when she’s really relaxed and loving the moment? She’ll start to drool with happiness—it’s the cutest compliment you could get!Currently, Medina is still focused on being an amazing mother to her kittens, so she isn’t playing much or getting the zoomies just yet. But as she transitions out of “mom mode,” her playful side may shine. She absolutely loves human company, wet food, and treats like churus and chicken pâté—those are the fast tracks to her heart.Medina would thrive in a home filled with love! She could happily be your one-and-only, soaking up all the affection, but she’s also shown signs she may enjoy the company of another mellow feline friend. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Medina's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Medina was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Medina’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Medina’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
