About this Dog
Eska is an 11-week-old Malamute-Husky mix who is sweet and spunky! Though she may be the smallest in a litter of six, don’t be fooled—this sweet girl is full of sassy surprises, easily keeping up with her bigger brothers.Eska is adventurous, playful, and growing braver by the day. She loves exploring the yard, watching her humans in the pool, playing with all the toys and joining in puppy wrestling matches—especially if it means a surprise tackle! Eska will need a fenced yard in her future home to meet her enrichment needs. When she’s ready to rest, she’ll seek out a cool, comfy spot to cuddle up or stretch out in peace. The puppies adjusted relatively quickly to their new foster home. Currently pen-trained and working on potty training, Eska uses pee pads indoors and does her business outdoors when given the chance. She’s used to being crated for car rides and goes in and out of open crates at home. She's generally peaceful, but she has found her voice and will use it for the occasional howl. Because of this, she cannot live in a home with shared walls (no apartments/townhomes).She’s playful with other dogs and enjoys the company of dog-savvy kids. Eska would benefit from a calm, confident dog in her forever home to continue modeling good manners, including reducing mouthiness with humans. She does not have experience with cats. Her spay is scheduled for July 19, and she’ll be ready to go home shortly after. If you’re looking for a smart, loving, snow-loving pup to share your adventures (and your shady spots), Eska might just be your perfect match. If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $550. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adopt Eska and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Eska's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Eska's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Eska, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Eska's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Eska was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Eska’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Eska’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Eska’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
