Hi, Iâm Domie â a sleek black cuddlebug, and I come as part of a perfect purring pair with my brother, Chocolate. Weâre 8-month-old bonded brothers who were found as strays, and now weâre looking for a home where we can stay togetherâforever. Wherever you find me, Chocolateâs not far behind. We do everything as a team: playing, snuggling, exploring, and giving the worldâs best shoulder hugs (yepâone cat per shoulder, thank you very much).Weâre both medium-energy boys who love to play hard and nap harder. We purr constantly (and loudly), chase toys like pros, and love nothing more than just hanging out near our peopleâor on them. Weâre also litterbox champs and would do great with someone whoâs never had cats before.Weâve both done well with men and women, and we get along with other cats and even respectful dogs. We may need a little time to adjust in a new space, but once weâre comfortable, weâre affectionate, silly, and full of love. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, DOMIE's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and DOMIE was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, DOMIE’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the DOMIE’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, DOMIE’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
