He came into our rescue at just 6 weeks old alongside his paralyzed brother, and ever since, he’s been showing us just how joyful and resilient kittens can be. Now around 3 months olds, Darwin is the definition of a free spirit—curious, playful, and always ready for his next adventure. He’s a zoomies champion, a toy connoisseur, and an expert climber. But after all the fun, he’s more than happy to curl up for some cuddles and soak up all the love you’re willing to give. Darwin is not a clingy kitten—he’s independent enough to entertain himself but will always come running when you’re ready to shower him with affection. He gets along beautifully with other cats, is respectful with dogs, and does great with kids who understand gentle handling. He would thrive in a home with other animals to keep him company and would be happiest in a lively, loving environment. Bonus: He has impeccable litter box manners and a heart-melting purr.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Darwin's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Darwin was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Darwin’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Darwin’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
