Please email [email protected] for questions regarding the dogs. Meet Zac, a fluffy little charmer with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This small adult Coton is as soft as a cloud and just as cuddly. Zac is thriving in his foster home, where he’s proving to be a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion—especially when he can curl up on your lap or trot around with a toy. Zac is potty trained and crate trained, and he's wonderfully quiet in the house. While he’s still working on leash skills and gets nervous in unfamiliar situations, he’s making great progress every day. Because he’s a bit of a flight risk when frightened, Zac will need a secure fenced yard and a calm environment where he can build confidence at his own pace. Zac absolutely adores the company of other dogs and must be adopted into a home with a friendly canine buddy who can help show him the ropes. He does well with cats and all adults, and though we’re not sure how he is with kids, his gentle nature suggests he could do well with respectful older children. Zac may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, his goofy, playful personality comes out. He’s affectionate, gentle, and happiest when he's part of a pack—furry or human. With a patient and loving home, Zac is sure to blossom into the best little sidekick you could ask for. Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Adopt Zac and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zac's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zac was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zac’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Zac’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zac’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
