Tengen and Akaza are sweet 3 month old brothers looking for a forever home together! They are best of friends and spend their days running, playing, jumping and snuggling together. They love to chase spring toys and climb their cat tree and they both have insanely loud purrs! They are super friendly and enjoy snuggling with their humans once their important kitten work is complete! Interested in meeting the boys? All of our cats are in foster homes - we do not have a facility where you can come to meet them. The first step in the process is to complete our online application at https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application (you will need to cut and paste this link into your browser window to get started) The adoption fee of $410 for the pair includes spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new cat for your family. Although we make the best guess on the breed of our cats, because they come from shelters, we can never be completely certain of the genetic makeup of the cat. All we can tell you for sure is that they are 100% RESCUED

Adopt Akaza and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Akaza's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Akaza was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Akaza’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Akaza’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Akaza’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
