About this Dog
Black Betty is a chunky middle aged girl who is happy and loving and sooooo ready to find her people! She would make an excellent companion and family dog. She is house trained, kennel trained, and walks well on a leash. She loves all people and does well with most dogs BUT I would prefer to only place her in a home with a male dog or no dogs. She can be a little bossy at times with other females. She is approximately 6 years old, which is a good age. She is pretty laid back and not distrutive at all. She is spayed, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, chipped, and current on prevention. Black Betty is currently in a foster home here in Shreveport, LA but we adopt often to the Northeast and transport is available. Our girl sure would love a comfy couch with a sweet human to call her own!

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Black Betty's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Black Betty was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Black Betty’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Black Betty’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
