I won’t ask for much - just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be myself. What the Shelter Says About Me: Brutus looks like he has been to the gym a few times with his muscular weight. This handsome happily chirpy marbled boy can be evasive at first, but once you start giving him treats or cooing, he comes up and likes to be petted. Brutus comes around for the treats as if you bought a ticket to his petting booth! He will thank you with his sweet chirps. (Brutus is a real flirt though...you will think he wants to play and love, but he really is after the treats.) Sadly, he and he doesn't know how to "play with people" yet. He talks a lot with his array of charming chirps. Brutus' style is more like moving around your feet like a Roomba. He is great with other cats rubbing up on them and playing with the adult cats. You can pick him up and hold him but he will squirm as a cue to be set back down. (Holding comes with practice & trust for cats who aren't used to it.) With all that muscle and weight, Brutus says he is not the usual tabby. What My Foster Says About Me: Coming soon! Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Brutus's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Brutus was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Brutus’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
