Introducing Nugget! The sweetest Nugget wants to come home with you! He is an 8 year old neutered male, fully up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. He was timid upon his arrival at his foster home, but his true personality has come out with time: Nugget is 15 pounds of pure love. Once he warms up to you, he will follow you around and beg for cuddles all day. He might even wake you up with some kisses on the face. He can be quite skittish with new people and loud noises, so he would do best in a quiet home. He has not lived with other animals to our knowledge, but he has been extremely sweet and docile and would likely do just fine with a slow introduction. He is on a prescription diet for urinary crystals and is working on slimming his figure, so he will need to follow a regular feeding schedule with no extra snacks on the side.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Nugget's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nugget was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nugget’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Nugget’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
