Hi there! My name is Avalon, and I’ve been dreaming of you. I may be a little shy when I first arrive in a new place, but don’t let that fool you! Once I feel safe and loved, my confidence blooms, and suddenly I’m the queen of the castle (or at least the couch!). I’m playful, curious, and full of energy, always ready to chase a toy or explore a new nook. Life is an adventure, and I want to share it with someone special…you! I’d make a wonderful little sister to another friendly cat who wants a buddy to romp and nap with. Or, if you’re a human who’s home often and loves to interact, I’d be thrilled to be your tiny sidekick. I thrive with attention, playtime, and love - and I’ll return it all with purrs, head bumps, and my silly, charming antics. I can’t wait to meet you and start our forever story together. With whiskers and hope, Avalon I am all ready for my new home or will be soon! Once sterilized, I will have been seen by a veterinarian, had all shots I was able to get when I was sterilized or they checked my sterilization status and microchipped! All I need now is you! I am currently living in a foster home and am fully litter trained. Act 2 Rescue will even help you make sure I am able to integrate into your human and pet family with their behavioral coaching support during the transition period. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Avalon's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Avalon was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Avalon’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Avalon’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Avalon’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
