About this Rabbit
Hi, I’m Bugsy! I’m a gray lop with a big personality - and some seriously impressive fluff. I live with my bond mate, Boots, and we’re a package deal. Wherever I go, he goes. He’s the calm one between us - laid-back and relaxed - while I’m a bit more curious and outgoing. I help bring him out of his shell, and he helps keep me grounded. We balance each other perfectly! People often call me the social one. I like to be where the action is, and if I think you’re not paying enough attention to me, I’ll stand up on my hind legs and look right at you until you do. It works every time… almost. When I see someone approach, I’m usually the first to come over. If you’ve got a veggie or a little fruit, I’ll be in your hands before you know it! I also really enjoy a good nose and head rub. Sometimes I’ll just lie down and wait for you to know it’s time. We’ve been exposed to respectful children and cats and have done well. The dogs we’ve only seen from a distance with a barrier in place, and that’s been just fine for us. Our space is clean, we have lots of room to run, and we’re not destructive - we’ve got everything we need, like apple wood to chew, tunnels to explore, stackable toys, and toilet paper rolls filled with Timothy hay. Those are fun! We both eat Oxbow pellets and Timothy hay. We’re a bit picky and won’t touch Kaytee brand hay, though. And we like a clean litter box, though we do occasionally miss. Our daily routine is something we count on. We get greeted, talked to, and given fresh food and water in the morning, after work, and before bed. We like knowing what to expect! We’re also getting more used to being petted and are starting to enjoy it more each day. Weekly brushing helps keep us both looking our best. If you’re looking for a pair of bonded buns who bring different but perfectly matched energy to your home, we might be just what you’re looking for! *RRMN requires all children be 10+ years old for first time bunny owners and 8+ for those with previous bunny experience. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* If you're interested, please fill out an adoption application at: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. Gender: Male Approximate birthdate: 6/12/2020 Approximate weight: 6.85 pounds Adoption fee for Pair: $160.00 (+tax) RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA. If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.

Adopt Bugsy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bugsy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Bugsy's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Bugsy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Bugsy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bugsy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bugsy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Bugsy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Bugsy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
