Meet Darling Vanille — aka Millie! This sweet girl was found alone on the side of the road in the high desert, but her luck turned around when she was rescued and taken to a safe place that cares for many abandoned Huskies. A wonderful foster stepped up to give her a soft place to land, and we brought her under the loving care of GreenDog Foundation. Millie is estimated to be between 1–2 years old. She’s a total sweetheart — dog-friendly, crate-trained, house-trained, and the perfect mix of playful and mellow. Whether it’s a fun adventure or a lazy afternoon on the couch, Millie is up for it. She’s been fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Currently, she weighs about 38 lbs and is working on gaining a few healthy pounds — her ideal weight is around 45 lbs. Millie would make a fantastic hiking buddy, road trip companion, or a great playmate for another friendly pup. She’s ready for her forever home — is it yours? Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Vanille aka Millie's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Vanille aka Millie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Vanille aka Millie’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
