About this Cat
Chimichurri is an all grey girl with adorable stripes if you look closely enough, and giant ears. She is a bit shy around new people but with her family she is the most cuddly and affectionate cat. She loves to cuddle by sitting on your chest or lap and every morning crawls into bed for pets when she hears you wake up. She also loves to be held and is content to be snuggled in your arms in any way. When she isn’t asking for pets she loves to play and is a very active girl with lots of zoomies. She loves spring and mouse toys and even learned how to play fetch! She will happily chase and return her toys to you during playtime but is also happy to play independently. She loves to sunbathe and bird watch and is very curious. She would do well in a quieter home as she loves her dedicated humans but can get scared with lots of visitors coming and going or lots of noise, usually choosing to hide when strangers are in her space. She is perfectly happy by herself when her people go to work and will run to greet you when you get home. She may act shy at first but once she is settled in to her new home she has so much love to give. This cat needs to be adopted with a friend -- applications for them as a single cat will not be answered.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Chimichurri's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Chimichurri was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Chimichurri’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Chimichurri’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
