Hi there! My name is Handcuffs, but you can call me “Cuffs” for short. I was found as a stray by a nice police man who brought me to Adopt A Pit. While my name may be handcuffs, I’d never be put in those because I’m the sweetest girl! I’m about 2 years old and weigh 58 pounds. Don’t worry though - I’m very gentle, sweet and quiet. My favorite thing to do is snuggle on the couch or receive a new squeaky toy! Those make my tail wag a million miles a minute. I’m great with people and dogs, and I do well in a crate. I’m really easy-going and looking for a human to give my love to. Won’t you adopt me?

Adopt Handcuffs and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Handcuffs's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Handcuffs was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Handcuffs’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Handcuffs’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
