Meet Piper! Piper is an approximately six-month-old mystery mutt puppy, looking for a forever home through Chi Town Rescue. Piper was found as a stray and no owner came forward. We had no idea what breed she was, so we DNA tested her... and found that Piper will be a big lady when she's fully grown! Piper currently weighs around 30 pounds and is a mix of 17 different breeds. Her top three percentages are: 20% American Pit Bull Terrier, 15% American Staffordshire Terrier, and 11% German Shepherd. Of course there's some Chihuahua sprinkled in there too! ;-) Piper is a happy and well-socialized puppy, with both people and other dogs. She is always up for meeting a new human friend and loves to be cuddled and carried. Piper has a fun energy and loves to play-wrestle and run with her dog pals in the yard. She loves toys and especially loves squeaky toys! Piper is learning about things like potty training, toys/fetch, and leash training. She will need a patient home that is willing to continue her training and help her be the best adult doggy she can be. Adopt Piper and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Piper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Piper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Piper’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Piper’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Piper’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
