Reese is a 6 year old female Pit mix, who would love to be your faithful companion! She has a gorgeous brindle coat and amber eyes, both of which shine beautifully in the sunlight. And it fits, because her sweet personality shines just as brightly! Reese knows her manners and walks well on a leash, making every outing with her a true pleasure. While she is six years old, she still has plenty of energy and loves a long walk or occasional run just as much as a younger dog. But Reese also has a calm side, where she enjoys simply hanging out with her people … whether it's lounging together to watch movies or soaking up the sun. She’s the perfect balance of active and relaxed, always ready for adventure but equally content to just be by your side. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.

Adopt Reese and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Reese's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Reese was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Reese’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
