Popcorn est arrivée au Réseau Secours Animal en juillet 2023 avec sa soeur Tortilla après avoir été trouvées errantes dans la rue. Popcorn a pris de longs mois avant de nous faire confiance. Ça n'a pas été facile pour cette belle petite panthère. C'est avec beaucoup de travail et de patience que l'équipe de socialisation a réussi à la socialiser et que nous pouvons aujourd'hui la mettre à l'adoption. Popcorn est une petite chatte douce et timide. Elle est souvent couchée dans son arbre à chat ou un petit lit en attendant qu'on vienne à elle. Elle se laisse caresser et aime se faire gratter le cou. Il faut toujours l'approcher doucement bien sûr. Elle s'entend bien avec les autres chats, mais ne serait pas à l'aise avec des enfants. C'est grâce à son côté joueur que la socialisation a progressé, donc elle aime beaucoup jouer! Popcorn est un chat adulte, donc les frais d'adoption pour elle sont de 290$. Elle est stérilisée, vaccinée, micropucée et négative pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ainsi que la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Popcorn took many long months before trusting us. It wasn't easy for this beautiful little panther. With a lot of hard work and patience, the socialization team managed to socialize her and we can now put her up for adoption. Popcorn is a sweet, shy little cat. She often lies in her cat tree or a small bed waiting for someone to come to her. She lets herself be stroked and loves to have her neck scratched. Always approach her gently, of course. She gets on well with other cats, but would not be at ease with children. It's thanks to her playful side that socialization has progressed, so she loves to play! Popcorn is an adult cat, therefore the adoption fees for her are $290. She is sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia (FeLV). You will also be provided with health insurances for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the support of the adoption team for as long as you need it. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Popcorn's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Popcorn was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Popcorn’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Popcorn’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
