Zircon (AL) is a male Terrier mix estimated to be 10 weeks old at the time of intake in March 2025. Zircon was rescued from a shelter where he was suffering from a painful skin infection that has caused all of his fur to fall out. But he's being treated by our veterinary partner, and we can't wait for Zircon to reveal how gorgeous he is as his fur grows back. This little cutie pie is a happy, funny boy, and he can't wait to shine for his forever family. Zircon is up to date on core vaccinations (age-appropriate) and is microchipped. He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why neuter has not been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure it is completed at the appropriate time). After verifying the adoption, Zircon (AL)'s new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zircon (AL) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zircon (AL)’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
