Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Murphy! Murphy is a 2-year-old, 40-pound Labrador/Bull Terrier mix who is ready to find his forever home. This sweet and handsome fellow walks nicely on leash, knows some basic commands, and isn’t afraid to show off his dapper side in a bow tie. Murphy can be dog-friendly with slow, proper introductions and would thrive in a home with older, respectful children. He’s not a fit for households with small animals, but he’s got plenty of love to give his people. This active boy needs daily exercise to be his best self. He enjoys his daily walks and even likes spending a little time on the treadmill. Once he’s gotten his energy out, Murphy is more than happy to curl up and relax on his bed for some quiet time. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Murphy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Murphy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Murphy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Murphy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
