Apollo is a striking, tall cat with a presence that’s hard to miss. His good looks, confident attitude, and energetic personality will have you hooked from the moment you meet him. Apollo is unapologetically himself—he knows what he wants and isn’t shy about showing his appreciation for a good belly rub or head scratch as you get to know him. Though he’s in good health overall, Apollo does have a couple of medical conditions that require some extra care. He is FIV-positive, which means he has a weakened immune system, but with proper care, he can live a long and happy life. He gets along well with other cats after a gradual introduction and enjoys having feline friends. Apollo also has some kidney concerns, but these are being well-managed with a special diet and regular vet visits. Despite these issues, he’s thriving and has a lot of love to give! In addition to his affectionate nature, Apollo is curious and playful. Whether he’s chasing toys, exploring his environment, or figuring out how things work, he’s got an adventurous spirit that will keep you entertained. And his tiny meow? It’s his way of letting you know when it’s dinner time or when he’s ready for more affection. Apollo is used to being the “alpha,” so he prefers a slow introduction to other cats. Adopt Apollo and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Apollo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Apollo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Apollo’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
