The sweetest and gentlest soul named Skippy is looking for his forever spot and hopes that could be you! This guy was rescued from a high kill shelter where his body has shown a tough life, but we are determined to give him the comfy life he deserves. He is around 11 years old, but do not let his age fool you! He happily strolls along and loves to play with any dog he meets! He is a total goof enjoying time on the couch with his bone. Per his age, isn't the most responsive pup, but will follow wherever the treats go. He does well with male or female dogs of any age and size. After a few play rounds, he just wants to be with his people and curl up on a comfy spot. He is a mellow guy who just wants to hang with his people! He would love people who are home more frequently and a yard to sun in. He is apart of our Amazing Gray program where his medical and supplies are covered for life just needs a lovely spot to call his own! Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Skippy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Skippy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Skippy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Skippy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
