Hello! Jasper is on the small side but can hold his own with other cats, older children and dogs. He loves his toys and roughhousing with his foster feline brothers. He will do well in a multi-cat family. His claws can be a bit sharp even after trimming, he’s known to give love nips and he’s not a fan of being picked up or having his belly rubbed, so some care is needed until you get to know his big personality. Jasper is on a poultry/egg/dairy-free diet and is on a low dose antihistamine to keep a food allergy in check. His high energy during the day and need for snuggles at night makes him a quite the entertaining companion. I am located in the Wilmington, NC area. Unless otherwise noted I can be met on Saturdays at one of our adoption events. Adopt Sir Jasper and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sir Jasper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sir Jasper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sir Jasper’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sir Jasper’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
