Meet Heineken! Heineken came in with his siblings from living outside. Some of his siblings have been adopted and some are still here with Heineken. Heineken currently lives with other cats and dogs, and gets along well with all of them. Heineken would prefer a home with another cat as he’s very social with his friends. Heineken does pretty good with people as well, sometimes he can be a little skittish, but if you’re sitting or in bed, he will definitely come visit for some attention. He definitely likes to play and he’s a big talker. He’s a little bit of love biter so probably not good for kids or at least young kids. He needs a home for this patient and willing to earn his trust and make him a wonderful companion.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Heineken - AK's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Heineken - AK was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Heineken - AK’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
