This sweet boy is looking for a sunny spot of his very own in which to lounge. He loves to be pet and he’s very cuddly. His foster says "He slowly warmed up to us, asking timidly for pets and gradually gaining confidence. By the end of the first day he was asking for pets and was following me around. After the first few days he would cuddle with me on the couch and was really social. Now he loves getting pets, playing, exploring (climbing things in particular), and he will sometimes cuddle up in your lap and purr. He is a sweet guy who is very affectionate once he gets comfortable with you. He loves to chat with you and be pet. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Shane's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Shane was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Shane’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
